Agreement and related policies
Please review these Terms before placing an order. When you place an order after being presented with these Terms, you agree to the purchase terms applicable at that time. Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of those purchase terms. Product-specific conditions and any optional service terms presented before purchase also apply to the relevant product or service. Nothing in these documents limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Our Privacy Policy separately explains how we handle personal information. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate consent or choice required by privacy or marketing law.
Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract and be authorized to use your payment method. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. If you create an account, keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not use another person’s account without permission.
Orders and availability
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it does not by itself confirm dispatch. Our acceptance occurs when we send a shipment confirmation, unless we expressly accept earlier. We may decline an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, a shipping restriction or a material pricing error. If we cancel after taking payment, we will promptly return the amount paid for the cancelled items and associated unprovided services.
We do not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If an item is unavailable or shipment will be delayed beyond the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a prompt refund where required.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly identified. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any optional service you affirmatively select are disclosed before you submit your order. The optional Priority Delivery Assistance fee is separate from postage and is not required to complete a purchase. Payment is processed through the payment services shown at checkout.
We may correct errors before accepting an order and will contact you if a correction affects your order. Future price changes do not alter an already accepted order. Promotional codes, discounts and any price-match offer are subject to the conditions disclosed with that offer.
Shipping and optional delivery assistance
We ship worldwide, subject to applicable legal restrictions and carrier availability at checkout. Delivery methods, charges and estimated timing are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy and at checkout. Any delivery guarantee must be expressly identified with its conditions. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.
We offer optional Priority Delivery Assistance from French Pharmacy. The fee is $1.90 of the physical merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, digital products and the service fee itself, rounded to the nearest cent. The service provides priority review of delivery queries, acknowledgement by the end of the next business day and carrier follow-up until resolution. It does not purchase additional insurance or change existing delivery protection, refund rights or our obligations to you. Full service and cancellation terms appear in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes may be unavailable once fulfillment begins. This operational limitation does not remove any statutory cancellation right. Eligibility, instructions, shipping costs and refund timing for returns are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Conditions for voluntary change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a defective, unsafe, damaged, missing, incorrect or misdescribed product or exercising a legal remedy. Contact us even if a product has been opened to discover the problem.
Product information and safe use
We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging and manufacturer information may change; consult the label and instructions on the product you receive. Contact us if it materially differs from what you ordered. Website content is general product information and is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Follow the product’s directions and warnings. Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about suitability, allergies, medication interactions, pregnancy or a medical condition. Stop use and seek appropriate help if an adverse reaction occurs. These statements do not disclaim responsibility for inaccurate descriptions or legally protected product rights.
Reviews and customer content
Reviews should reflect an honest experience. Do not submit fabricated reviews, impersonate another person or include unlawful content, private information about others, threats or spam. Clearly disclose any material connection to us or a brand, including a free product or other incentive.
We may use neutral moderation criteria, including relevance, authenticity, privacy and unlawful content. We do not remove or withhold a review merely because it is negative. A verified-purchase label means we have verified a purchase; it does not mean we guarantee every statement in the review. Product-review sections may focus on product experiences; contact customerlove@frenchpharmacy.com about order or service issues.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display that content in connection with our products and services and to make formatting changes that do not alter its meaning, subject to your applicable rights. You remain free to share honest opinions elsewhere.
Website use and intellectual property
Our website content, branding, photographs and designs are owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping and other legally permitted purposes. You may not copy or exploit protected content commercially without permission or an applicable legal right.
Do not interfere with website security or operation, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use the site for fraud or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse. Restricting access does not eliminate our obligations for existing orders or lawful refunds.
Third-party services and links
Some website functions and payment or delivery services are provided by third parties. Their applicable terms and privacy notices may govern those services when properly presented to you. A link to another website does not mean we control or endorse all of its content. We remain responsible for our own representations and obligations to you.
Consumer rights and responsibility
We do not exclude any statutory warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting. No website disclaimer overrides an express promise made as part of your purchase.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but occasional interruptions and errors may occur. If an issue affects your order, contact us so we can resolve it. Your remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract remain available under applicable law.
Governing law and resolving concerns
Florida law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law that otherwise applies to that consumer. Contact customerlove@frenchpharmacy.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising a statutory right or meeting a legal deadline.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms for future use and future orders by publishing an updated version. The terms presented when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless you agree to a change or the law requires otherwise. We will provide any additional notice or consent process required by law.
General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it for the future. These Terms and the purchase policies and specific promises presented with your order form the agreement for that purchase, subject always to applicable law.
