Over Engineered Packaging Broke

This is a fantastic product and totally does what they claim. Unfortunately, mine broke before I could even use half of it. I’ve written to customer service and sent them a video (attached), but I’ve only received random responses not directed at the issue. I’m going to attempt to break it open and get the product out this afternoon. I will be looking for another firming gel for going forward. It’s a bit expensive for the amount you receive, and then to only be able to get to a small portion of it is disappointing.
