This is the original liquid Hexomedine in a gel form that is convenient and easy to use to treat various skin issues. Minimizes redness, swelling, and bacterial infections within 48 hours. It is an antiseptic treatment that can be applied topically to treat acne and other skin imperfections, and bacterial infections and to soothe inflamed skin.
The anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial gel is also effective in the treatment of bad ingrown hairs. The gentle formulation is suitable for sensitive skin.

Apply 2 to 3 times a day in affected areas.

So far this is working for me. Not as quickly as some others. I wish it was overnight. But it is helping. Just put a dab on a night and in the morning.

Skeptical as I’ve never had good results with any of the drying pink pimple lotions or other zit products. This gel works!! And it can be used on scrapes and cuts too. It seriously helps heal my skin quicker and flattens a pimple in its tracks. It only takes a small amount-it dries like a thin film and in the morning I wash it off or leave it depending on where I applied it. Worth every penny. No fragrance either.

This is impressive - definitely helped clear up and then keep under control some new hormonal pimples on my nose. My teenage daughter also uses it. Very happy!

Ive used this product in two ways so far…
The first was as a spot treatment for a pimple. I used it at night and within 3 days it was gone.
Ive also used it for a nasty ingrown hair on my face as i have extremely thick course facial hair…
Again i used it at night and my ingrown hair was gone in about 3 or 4 days. No hyperpigmentation from either usage!
