Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate is a gentle form of vitamin C that has the ability to deliver all of the benefits that vitamin C has to offer without causing skin irritation or aggravating sensitive skin. It is a well-known fact that vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant with a reputation for being able to stop free radicals in their tracks. 

Our formula has the ability to use the full power of vitamin C and then combine it with vitamin E and ferulic acid in a way that reduces visible skin damage, and protects the skin from future damage. We infused high-quality components such as rosemary extract, beta-glucan, squalane, and hyaluronic acid to promote moisture in the skin and keep the skin hydrated at all times.

Directions for use

The French Pharmacy Botanic Refreshing Cleanser is a revitalizing facial cleanser that is enriched with natural botanicals that promote healthy-looking, radiant skin. Each bottle contains a nice blend of rose geranium water infused with rosehip seed oil and wholesome seaweed extract that helps to gently remove dirt, oil, and other impurities. The way it works

Our Botanic Refreshing cleanser was scientifically formulated to create balance for the skin and remove impurities. Our developers use rosehip seed oil, which is one of the main ingredients, to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles and leave the skin with a robust, smooth complexion. Our blend of rose hip seed oil is pressed and extracted from the seeds of wild roses. High in essential fatty acids, this particular oil offers great emollient properties. In addition to our high-quality oil, we infuse rose geranium water and seaweed extract. This combination is enriched with nourishment and provides a great choice for a cleanser that can be used every day.

Rosehip Seed Oil (Rosa Moschata)

Our rosehip seed oil is a naturally expeller-pressed oil that is not extracted with chemicals. It works as an excellent moisturizer and has powerful emollient properties. Chondrus Crispus Extract (Red Seaweed Extract)

One of the great benefits of red seaweed extract is that it envelopes the skin with a light, protective film that helps to block damage from environmental stressors. At the same time, the film helps to keep water from escaping the skin which keeps it hydrated and promotes health.

The way it works

Our dynamic formula was developed in order to target the primary causes of darkened and discolored skin. Sometimes the body’s built-in protection system that fights damaging rays from the sun gets overprotective and causes the skin to produce more melanin than is necessary. 

Our powerful blend of alpha-arbutin and rumex extract works synergistically to slow down the effects of tyrosinase, which is largely responsible for the production of melanin. Another ingredient, nonapeptide-1, works hard to disrupt the transfer of melanin within the skin. By reducing the amount of melanin the skin becomes free of exceedingly dark blotches.
