Important
Once the order has left our warehouse, it is the customer's full responsibility to receive it at the address provided at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been dropped off, we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or stolen. However, US Health Drugstore LLC is paying an insurance which covers all orders against Theft, Damages or Lost packages.
Return requests will not be possible for a product used OR opened.
In case of a shipping cost refund or part refund request for an order leaving late our warehouse: this is possible online for business days and products showing "IN STOCK" and having no warning message for being late in stock or Out of stock with the possibility to pre-purchase.
Frenchpharmacy.com cannot be held liable in the case a delivery from the carrying company (the "carrier", IE UPS, DHL, USPS etc) is late and does not match the time service expected. As well, frenchpharmacy.com cannot be held responsible, in any way, if a mistake is made by the customer on the address at the time of purchase. In such cases, customer is responsible for loss of the order unless it returns in good conditions to Frenchpharmacy.. In such a latter case, Refund is then processed minus a $14 restocking fee as well as the original cost of shipping.
