Cicacote Silicone Gel

Great application. I haven’t seen any different in my acne scarring yet, as I have only used this product for 2 weeks. It is a silicone gel application. You must wait for it to set (2-5 minutes) before applying makeup or a cream over the top. Makes for a shiny finish without makeup.

Great product! My scars are already fading!

I had a nasty dog bite on my hand. At my age my skin is very thin. Since I’ve been using this gel the redness is reduced and it’s healing nicely. Time will tell if there will be a scar or not. The gel is a nice consistency and a very small amount goes a long way. I massage it in so there’s also the benefit of increasing circulation. So far so good.

Ordered multiple items, this came opened and emptied in the box. Requested assistance and learned this doesn’t qualify as a refund. After multiple attempts to contact customer service via email for 2 weeks on how to proceed for a refund as their website says otherwise (including photos of the damages), they asked me to send back the empty product and pay for shipping, then they can issue a refund. Good product, service won’t have me going back as too frustrating.
